Our Covid19 operating protocols
For Clinic appointments: we have re-opened with just two clinicians present at any time. We are unable to resume a receptionist staff/waiting area service until further notice. In view of this, your practitioner will come and get you from your car in line with our ‘one-in; one-out’ policy. We ask all patients to come in for their appointment on their own, without family members (unless a parent/guardian or interpreter is required). Your practitioner will be wearing the required level of PPE, and we ask you come with a face mask (or we will provide one). We are allowing extra time in between appointments to deep clean the treatment rooms.
Due to the high spike of PPE/face masks & Medical Supplies per patient, Chiropody appointments will be £40 during this covid19 period. (Podiatry and Physiotherapy fees remain the same). We can take contactless payments as practitioners at the end of each appointment.
For Video appointments: if you have booked a Video appointment with us (or if you become unwell, or symptomatic with covid19) please do not come in for your appointment. We can email you a link at the time of your appointment, and your practitioner can still ‘see’ you and make a diagnosis and treatment plan simply using your phone or tablet’s camera. There is no software or app to install and the dedicated Telehealth platform use is encrypted.
