Whilst the majority of our patients are self-referred and self-funding, we are also appointed to provide our services and treatments through medical insurers, like Bupa, Vitality, WPA, etc.
You can either opt to pay for your treatment at the time, and then send our receipt off to your insurer for reimbursement. Alternatively, you can contact your insurer prior to your appointment/s with us and ask for an ‘authorisation code’ or ‘pre-auth number’. If you quote this number to us before your appointment, we can invoice your insurer directly, for them to make the payment/s to us.
- Please note, that if you don’t have opportunity to provide your insurance policy details in advance of your appointment, our policy is to request you make debit/credit card payment at your appointment.
