Anna is a warm and supportive counsellor and psychotherapist who specialises in helping adults aged 17 and up overcome anxiety. She believes that anxiety, while common, is experienced uniquely by each person. That’s why she tailors her sessions to meet the specific needs of every client, using techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Person-Centred Therapy.

As an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), Anna has undergone extensive additional training and brings a wealth of experience to her practice.

Marie is passionate about Podiatry!

She specialises in comprehensive Foot and Ankle care with a focus on vascular health and holistic assessments. She believes in integrating traditional and modern techniques to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Her area of expertise includes routine footcare, nailcare and surgery – all with a gentle bedside manner and therapeutic touch!

Marie has studied postgraduate modules in lower limb Vascular health and understands the critical role in foot health, emphasising this through vascular assessments.

She has busy NHS clinical experience and is a member of the Royal College of Podiatry. As with all Podiatrists at InMotion, she is also qualified to use local anaesthetics to perform minor surgery

Marie worked previous in holistic therapies, before undertaking her Podiatry Degree. This is a strength, which allows her to address underlying causes of illness and foot issues and to promote overall well-being!

She is available Mondays & Tuesdays 0800-1600 hrs.

Jaq qualified at the University of Chester, where she gained her BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and Dietetics.

She went on to gain experience working, within the NHS as a community dietitian in Manchester. During this time, she specialised in nutrition support and skin healing, also gaining further knowledge and experience in other areas of dietetics including heart health, diabetes prevention and management, obesity, IBS, Coeliac disease and anxiety related issues anxiety related issues.

Jaq understands how leading busy lives can make it difficult to introduce and maintain a healthy dietary intake. Possessing a great depth of knowledge and experience enables her to provide a holistic approach to working with you and supporting you in reaching your goals.

Those goals may include increasing your energy levels, improved sleep, greater sense of wellbeing, supported weight management, improved bone and muscle strength or any other dietary issues you may wish to discuss.

Jaq also has 20 years’ experience as a Therapist offering advanced facial and skin treatments to help you look more youthful and radiant. Also available are Aromatherapy treatments to help you relax and reduce stress levels and aid the practice of mindfulness.

Hannah’s prior experience involves working as the Biomechanical specialist in a multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists and Orthopaedic Practitioners in Hospital Settings. She has a rich skill-set of experience in lower limb gait analysis and custom orthotic prescriptions.

Mark played professional football for Colchester United when he left school but then joined the RAF. Initially as a Physical Training Instructor and then becoming a Remedial Therapist

After completing a BSc(Hons) Degree in Physiotherapy at Brunel University, Mark became the Head Physiotherapist at the Queens Park Rangers Football Academy. Two years later he was head-hunted to become first team Physiotherapist with Liverpool Football Club. Mark stayed with the club for 7 seasons working as the Head Physiotherapist during his last season.

His clinical interests include arthroscopic (keyhole) surgery of the knee, ligament reconstructive knee surgery, cartilage transplantation in sports injuries and early arthritis and knee-cap surgery. In addition to sports surgery, he has a large practice in arthritis surgery, specialising in personalised minimally invasive total and half knee replacements and robotic knee replacements together with using advanced non-surgical arthritis treatments including stem cell injections.

He trained in Manchester and London, following which he was appointed as a Sports Medicine And Knee Fellowship in the USA for a year at a prestigious Sports Medicine clinic. He was a Sports Medicine Consultant to the 2002 Commonwealth Games in Manchester and also provided cover to the 2001 World Police and Fire Games in Indianapolis. He was also a Medical Consultant to the USA Amateur Boxing Association. He works with elite, professional and international teams and athletes in various sports including rugby, football, netball and basketball.

His NHS practice (Salford Royal Hospital – University of Manchester Teaching Hospital) involves knee, lower limb and trauma surgery.

He is a national and international speaker on knee surgery and sports injuries. He has a number of ongoing research studies in various aspects of lower limb surgery. His research commitment has included supervision of post-graduate doctors undertaking higher degrees. He also regularly supervises medical students, sports rehab students and International medical students and Fellows.

James holds a BSc(Hons) in Podiatry. He has years of experience, both in his role as a Senior Musculoskeletal Podiatrist in NHS Wales and in Private Practice Biomechanical Roles.
